The Student Center offers several advertising channels for student groups and campus departments to promote events, programs, and services.

Plasma Promotions

Student Center Plasma Promotions are a great way to get your message to thousands of students, staff, and faculty everyday! See below for details on pricing and best practices.

  • Student Organizations - FREE (2 weeks maximum)
  • Insitute Departments - $25/week
  • Off Campus Groups - $75/week
 
About Plasma Distribution |
  • Ads will be put up Monday-Friday only. 
  • Ads will go up within 3 business days following submission  
  • Promotions should be received at least 1 business day before the required Posting Date.
  • All Promotions will be displayed without sound.
 

For Best Results |

  • File names should reflect the group name.
  • Dimensions should be 800 x 600 pixels. 
  • File should be in JPG or PDF format.

Banner Displays

Ten (10) banner spaces are available for use by chartered student organizations and Institute departments for the purpose of marketing Institute related events and awareness campaigns. Banners are placed on the second floor balcony facing the Campanile.

About Banner Reservations |

  • Reservations are accepted on a first come, first served basis through EMS. Chartered Student Groups and Department may reserve one (1) banner space, once per month, for a maximum of ten (10) consecutive days. Banners must remain in the same banner space for the duration of the reservation. The centermost banner location is reserved for the exclusive use of the Student Center Programs Council. 
  • Banners with confirmed reservations should be brought to the Student Center Information Desk during normal hours of operation. A member of the Student Center team will put the banner up within one business day of receiving the banner.  The Student Center team will remove banners at the end of the reservation period or the day following the event date, whichever comes first. Banners will be held for a period of 3 business days after removal for pickup.  After 3 business days, unclaimed banners will be discarded. The Student Center is not responsible for damage to banners.
  • Banners must: be no larger than 5 feet wide and 6 feet long, not contain objects that can fall off, and have reinforced grommet holes for hanging along the top.
  • All banners are subject to review by Student Center Staff.  

Poster & Flyer Display

Student and Campus Organizations can submit one 22"x28" poster and up to three 8.5"x11" flyers to the Information Desk to be displayed in the Student Center for up to two weeks. Posters must be mounted on posterboard (foamboard will not be accepted). All materials are subject to review, and available space is first come, first served.
