PLASMA SCREEN PROMOTIONS

PURPOSE:

Allow student groups and campus departments an additional means of promoting
campus activities in the student center with video and static capabilities.

HELPFUL HINTS:

• Complete information is needed for promotion submissions to be processed.
• Promotions post on Tuesdays and are displayed until the following Monday.
• Promotions for Student Groups are free for a maximum of 2 Weeks.
• Promotions must be received 1 Week before Posting Date.
• All Promotions will be displayed without sound.
 
BEST RESULTS

• Promotion names should reflect the group name.
• The dimensions should be 800 x 600 pixels.
(Off- Campus groups should contact Tye Walker for dimensions)
• To ensure that editing charges are not incurred:
- Items to be visible throughout the entire promotion
1.) Event Name
2.) Sponsoring Group
3.) Event Time
4.) Event Date
5.) Event Location
- Video can only be 30 seconds in length

Static Slide
• Format should be in jpg picture format.

Video
• Format should be in avi video format.
• Please bring video files on CD to our 3rd floor Admin office, Attn: Tye Walker.
