Exhibition Hall Rates

Exhibition Hall Room Reservation Rates

Please note that the reservation rate structure for the Exhibition Hall differs from that of the Student Center. The new structure is intended to increase utilization and efficiency, in order to accommodate more reservations with less space. Similar to the Student Center rate policy, room rental fees will only be assessed when chartered student organizations and campus departments co-sponsor events with off-campus organizations, or charge admission to their event. When fees are assessed, there will be a flat fee for reservations lasting 3 hours or less, with an hourly rate charged for each additional hour.

* In most cases, Chartered Student Organizations and Institute Departments may utilize the Exhibition Hall at no charge. This fee schedule will apply to the aforementioned groups when charging a fee to attendees or vendors.
