Exhibition Hall Rooms

The Exhibition Hall is one of several new buildings recently completed as part of the Campus Center project. This collection of buildings, along with a newly renovated Student Center, is a central point of resources, gathering, entertainment, and restoration for the Georgia Tech community. The Exhibition Hall serves as the premiere meeting and conference space on campus, designed to enhance the conference and large-event experience at Georgia Tech.

The Exhibition Hall is part of Phase I of construction, completed summer 2020. During Phase II of the project when the Student Center is under construction, the Exhibition Hall will serve as temporary space for essential dining functions and the Georgia Tech Post Office. Spaces that are not serving temporary functions are available for reservation, including eight multi-purpose meeting and event spaces of various sizes and one boardroom. Reservations in those spaces are now available through EMS.

Reservations for New Exhibition Hall Spaces Open Spring 2022!

As the Campus Center Project nears completion, our team looks forward to serving your campus event needs in our expanded portfolio of new spaces. With the conclusion of the Campus Center project, services that have been temporarily located in the Exhibition Hall will move to their permanent home in the Student Center, allowing those spaces within the Exhibition Hall to return to their original purpose as event space. When this transition is complete there will be an additional 7 reservable spaces in the Exhibition Hall, including full use of the 11,598 square foot Midtown Ballroom space.

When reservations open, the community can request most spaces though GT Events. Until then, we encourage you to explore these future spaces. Each space has a page below that includes renderings of the room, capacities by available setups and comparisons to rooms with which the community is already familiar. For example, the new Kirkwood meeting room is approximately the size of the Inman Park room in the Exhibition Hall.

All Spaces Offline Summer 2022

To allow our teams to focus on the transition to operations in the new Student Center, all spaces in the Exhibition Hall and West Village will be offline beginning May 28, 2022. The team is planning for a phased reopening, meaning that essential services will move over first, and from there we will update the community as the next phase of transitions take place. We expect some spaces in the Student Center to open for reservations in August 2022. All spaces in the Student Center may not be available at the same time. Reopening spaces in the Exhibition Hall will depend on progress of the transition construction needed. Those with reservations during that time have been contacted by our team. Community members looking to reserve space for the summer are encouraged to explore alternatives meeting and event spaces on GT Events.
