Upon review, a member of the Historic Academy of Medicine team will contact the requester to confirm availably and then proceed to schedule an Event Consult Meeting.

All event requests submissions are reviewed individually and assessed according to the following:

  • Staff availability
  • Event complexity
  • Time and resources
  • Ability to comply with COVID restrictions
