The Student Center offers several advertising channels for student groups and campus departments to promote events, programs, and services. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Things to Remember |

• Complete information is needed for promotion submissions to be processed.
• Ads will be put up Monday-Friday only. 
 Ads will go up within 3 business days following submission  
• Promotions for Student Groups are free for a maximum of 2 Weeks.
• Promotions should be received at least 1 business day before the required Posting Date.
• All Promotions will be displayed without sound.

For Best Results |

• File names should reflect the group name.
• Dimensions should be 800 x 600 pixels. 
• To ensure that editing charges are not incurred the following MUST be visible throughout the entire promotion:
        1. ​Event Name
        2. Sponsoring Group
        3. Event Time
        4. Event Date
        5. Event Location

• Format should be in avi video format. 
• Video can only be 30 seconds in length

Photo: banners on displayTen (10) banner spaces are available for use by chartered student organizations and Institute departments for the purpose of marketing Institute related events and awareness initiatives. Banners are placed on the second floor balcony facing the Campanile.


Reservations are accepted on a first come, first served basis through virtual EMS within the semester of the desired reservation. Chartered Student Groups and Department may reserve one (1) banner space, once per month, for a maximum of ten (10) consecutive days at a time. Banners with confirmed reservations are to be brought to the Student Center Information Desk and will be hung by a Student Center team member within one business day of receiving the banner.  Banners should be delivered during normal hours of operation, Monday-Friday 8am-8pm.


Banners must remain in the same banner space for the duration of the reservation. The Student Center team will remove banners at the end of the reservation period or the day following the event date, whichever comes first. Banners will be held for a period of 3 business days after removal for pickup.  After 3 business days, unclaimed banners will be discarded.

​-Banners must be no larger than 5 feet wide and 6 feet long.
-Banners must not contain objects that can fall off. 
-Banners must have reinforced grommet holes for hanging.

All banners are subject to review by Student Center Staff.  The Student Center is not responsible for banners that are damaged or removed. The centermost banner location is reserved for the exclusive use of the Student Center Programs Council.

​Student and Campus Organizations can submit one 22"x28" poster and up to three 8.5"x11" flyers to the Information Desk to be displayed in the Student Center for up to two weeks. All materials are subject to review, and available space is first come, first served. For additional information, please contact the Information Desk at (404) 385-4275.
