​​If you have an on-campus mailbox and will be gone for the summer term, you will need to have your mail forwarded. Please click here to find instructions for forwarding your mail. For questions about mail forwarding, call the Post Office at 404-894-4560, or email us at

  • All mailboxes are located on the 1st floor of the Student Center between Tech Rec and Stamps Commons.
  • To find your combination, login to BuzzPort. From the "Registration and Student Services" section, click: >Registration - OSCAR
    >Student Services & Financial Aid
    >Student Records
    >Post Office Box Information
  • The last five digits are your box number. Scroll down to see your combination. 


  • It is your responsibility to notify all correspondents of your proper mailing address.
  • Mail will only be delivered to currently enrolled students. Changes in forwarding for a specific semester must be done via BuzzPort​. This also applies to co-op students.
  • Sharing mailboxes with other students is prohibited. Misuse of a Student Center mailbox may result in termination of mailbox privileges.​​ 


  • The Georgia Tech Post Office receives packages from the United States Postal Service, United Parcel ​Service, Federal Express, Airborne, and DHL. There is no package delivery to the residence halls.
  • Students will be notified they have a package via email. After a week, a second notification will be sent. A week after the second notification, the package will be returned to sender. 
  • To pick up a package, students must state their mailbox number and present a valid form of I.D. at the package window.

  • If you are moving off-campus, including into Greek Housing, and would like to keep a mailbox in the Student Center, you must complete the Mailbox Rental Form. The annual fee is only $30 and covers fall term through summer term.
  • Reservations are on a first come, first served basis. Mailbox assignments are not guaranteed to stay the same year after year. 
  • Students who graduate can have their mail forwarded for one semester after graduation. However, mail cannot be forwarded internationally. 
  • Magazines and other publishing's can not be forwarded. ​

When sending packages through UPS, DHL, FedEx, or any other company that do not accept packages addressed to mailboxes, please use the following format:
