BanquetThis setup is used for large functions, sit down dinners, receptions, and socials. Setup can range from 5 to 10 chairs per round.
Closed UIn the Closed U setup, tables are moved together to form a rectangle shape with a hollow middle and chairs around the perimeter. It is used for meetings and conferences with an even number of people on each side.
InterviewThis setup can be used for one-on-one meetings, interviews, and trainings.
Team TablesThis setup is used for informal lunches and meetings requiring group activities, games, etc.
Chairs in a CircleThis setup is used for informal group meetings and activities that require floor space.
LectureThe lecture style is a theater style setup, with chairs facing a head table at the front of the room. It is suitable for lectures, speeches, presentations, movie watching, and performances. This setup allows for the most efficient use of space.
ClassroomThe classroom setup is usually two or three chairs on one side of the table facing a head table in the front of the room. It is suitable for workshops, orientations and presentations where the audience will be taking notes. This setup relatively consumes the space.
BoardroomIn the Boardroom setup, tables are moved together to form a larger table with chairs around the perimeter. It is used for meetings and conferences. This setup allows for participants to sit closer together.
Open UIn the Open U setup, tables are moved together to form a u-shape, facing the front of room with chairs around the outside.
