Reservations for New Student Center Now Open!

As the Campus Center Project nears completion, our team looks forward to serving your campus event needs in our expanded portfolio of new spaces.  The completed Student Center will include 8 new meeting rooms, as well as a 165-seat theater with retractable theater seating and 297-seat theater. Each room in the Student Center is named after a major Atlanta street. Names for rooms were chosen by Georgia Tech students.

Reservations for all spaces within the Student Center are now open! The community can request spaces though GT Events by searching for the building "John Lewis Student Center and Stamps Commons". We encourage you to explore these future spaces. Each space has a page that includes renderings of the room, capacities by available setups and comparisons to rooms with which the community is already familiar. For example, the Castleberry meeting room in the Student Center is approximately the size of the Inman Park room in the Exhibition Hall.

All Spaces Offline Summer 2022

To allow our teams to focus on the transition to operations in the new Student Center, all spaces in the Exhibition Hall and West Village will be offline beginning May 28, 2022. Spaces will reopen in a phased approach in the Student Center according to the following timeline:

  • John Lewis Student Center and Stamps Commons' meeting spaces open Monday, August 15.
  • John Lewis Student Center and Stamps Commons' Atlantic Theater open Monday, August 29.

Please note that all dates are subject to construction progress. In the event the timelines change and we are no longer able to accommodate your reservations, our team will reach out to you. Community members looking to reserve space for the summer are encouraged to explore alternatives meeting and event spaces on GT Events.
