West Village Rates

West Village Dining Commons rate structure differs from the Student Center and Exhibition Hall in that a reservation fee will always apply.  Please note that the reservation rate structure for West Village is intended to increase utilization and efficiency, in order to accommodate more reservations with less space. When fees are assessed, there will be a flat fee for reservations lasting 3 hours or less, with an hourly rate charged for each additional hour.

Room Reservation

Please note that the reservation rate structure for the Exhibition Hall differs from that of the Student Center. The new structure is intended to increase utilization and efficiency, in order to accommodate more reservations with less space. Similar to the Student Center rate policy, room rental fees will only be assessed when chartered student organizations and campus departments co-sponsor events with off-campus organizations, or charge admission to their event. When fees are assessed, there will be a flat fee for reservations lasting 3 hours or less, with an hourly rate charged for each additional hour.

​*Academic classroom space. Rates only apply to non-academic events, and a 50% discount is applied when using the space "as-is" in the classroom set-up. Non-academic events are permitted from Friday at 5 p.m. - Sunday at 11 p.m. during the academic semester, or anytime during academic breaks and holidays.
