Student Services Pavilion

This pavilion will be a central source for services that help the campus community run.

During Phase II of the Campus Center project when the Student Center is closed for renovations, this pavilion will temporarily house the Student Engagement and Student Center administrative offices.

Pavilion Porch

This patio (roughly the size of the Peachtree Room) will have an outdoor fireplace to bring the Georgia Tech community together while activating our outdoor spaces.

Large Meeting Room

The Exhibition Hall includes three meeting rooms of this size (comparable to the Piedmont Room in the current Student Center), all with full tele-conferencing capabilities and a variety of possible room set-ups.

During Phase II of the Campus Center project when the Student Center is closed for renovations,one of the large meeting rooms will be the temporary location of the Post Office. The other two spaces will be reservable.

Medium Meeting Room

The Exhibition Hall includes four meeting rooms of this size (comparable to Room 319 in the current Student Center), all with full tele-conferencing capabilities and a variety of possible room set-ups.

During Phase II of the Campus Center project when the Student Center is closed for renovations,two of the medium meeting rooms will be part of the temporary location of the Post Office, while another will be the temporary location for Kaplan Test Prep. The remaining space will be reservable.

Small Meeting Room

The Exhibition Hall includes four meeting rooms of this size (comparable to Room 332 in the current Student Center), all with full tele-conferencing capabilities. Three rooms will have a variety of possible set-ups; the other small meeting room will have a fixed boardroom set-up.

During Phase II of the Campus Center project when the Student Center is closed for renovations, one of the small meeting rooms will be the temporary location for a quiet reflection space. The remaining spaces will be reservable.

Paper & Clay

Expanded and improved, the Paper and Clay pavilion will have more room for pottery wheels, workshop space, printing services, and garage doors that let the air in and the creativity out!

During Phase II of the Campus Center project when the Student Center is closed for renovations, this pavilion will be the temporary home of Burdell's and DePoe Eye Center. Paper & Clay will be offline during this phase but thpae team hopes to provide pop-up crafting events

Exhibition Hall Porch

The ultimate spot to reset and restore, the Exhibition Hall's 1st and 2nd floor porches have ample space for conference pre-function and break out activitiesWhen not in use for events, these porches will be availabe to the campus community as an outdoor study lounge.

Information Desk

The front desk on the 1st floor of the Exhibition Hall will provide a space for information and guidance in the building. This is also a space conference planners can utilize during their events for registration, welcome, and concierge functions.

During Phase II of the Campus Center project when the Student Center is closed for renovations, this will operate as the Information Desk currently housed in the Student Center.

Midtown Ballroom

This 12,000 ft2 multipurpose space can be divided into 5 smaller spaces, all with polished concrete floors and its own projection system. Two of these spaces are half the size of the current ballroom (appx 3,500 ft2) and the other 3 spaces are approximately the size of the Peachtree room in the Student Center(~1,000 ft2). Additionally, this space will include garage doors that can be raised to allow the Ramblin' Reck, solar cars, and more to enter the space for events.

During Phase II of the Campus Center project when the Student Center is closed for renovations, 3 parts of this space will be the temporary location for the food court and its seating - this will include Panda Express, Chic-fil-A, and other dining concepts. In this time the other two portions of the Midtown space will be available to reserve for events.

Rising Roll Café

The Café pavilion will be a Rising Roll café, serving coffee, breakfast, and lunch items. This café will have indoor and outdoor seating that overlooks the IC Lawn.
