Exterior View of the Student Center

The Student Center is comprised of the original three story building and the Stamps Student Center Commons. The meeting rooms, ballroom, and theater are available for campus events and meetings, as well as corporate meetings and private events. The Student Center Event Services Team also supports the reservable meeting rooms in West Village. All meeting rooms have A/V capability, but use of technology and other equipment must be requested as part of your reservation. For more information on room setup options, reservations, and other services, please contact our Event Services Team at or at 404-894-2805.

The Exhibition Hall is one of four new buildings currently under construction as part of the Campus Center project. This collection of buildings, along with a newly renovated Student Center, will be a central point of resources, gathering, entertainment, and restoration for the Georgia Tech community.

The Exhibition Hall will serve as the premiere meeting and conference space on campus, designed to enhance the conference and large-event experience at Georgia Tech with:

  • A 12,000 ft2 ballroom that will be divisible into five smaller spaces.
  • 11 meeting spaces with full conference and teleconference A/V capabilities.
  • Expanded pre-function space.
  • Co-location of Georgia Tech Catering Services.

The Exhibition Hall is part of Phase I of construction, expected to last until summer 2020. During Phase II of the project when the Student Center is under construction, the exhibition hall will serve as temporary space for essential dining functions, Kaplan Test Prep, and the Georgia Tech Post Office. Spaces that are not serving temporary functions will be available for reservation, including seven multi-purpose meeting and event spaces of various sizes and one boardroom. The first available date for reservations in those eight spaces is August 31, 2020. The Exhibition Hall is now available to reserve in EMS.
