Sponsorships
The Student Center Programs Council (SCPC) serves as Georgia Tech's official student programming board, responsible for organizing and delivering more than 50 events each year on or near campus. These events are designed to offer a diverse range of experiences, including entertainment, intellectual engagement, relaxation, and enjoyment. The Student Center Programs Council manages several of Georgia Tech's Signature Events, which play an integral role in enriching the student experience. These prominent events typically attract between 1,000 and 6,000 students, fostering meaningful connections and creating lasting memories that are central to campus life at Georgia Tech. In 2024-2025, SCPC welcomed more than 25,000 undergraduate and graduate students to its events. Its social media account has more than 10,900 followers and growing. SCPC’s reach on campus is unmatched, and its brand is well-regarded by our students.

Georgia Tech Night at Six Flags | 6,000+ students and guests | SCPC rents out Six Flags Over Georgia and takes students and guests there. We rent 17 buses to get them to and from the park safely. We have opportunities to incorporate your brand into a lot of pieces of this event. |
Sting Break | 2,500-3,000 students | This on-campus student appreciation carnival takes place the week after Spring Break. SCPC brings carnival rides, games, activities, giveaways, T-shirts, and snacks to show its appreciation to students. |
Georgia Tech Night at the Aquarium | 3,800 students and guests | SCPC rents out the Georgia Aquarium and invites students and guests to see the aquatic life at a discounted price. Students, guests, and even staff attend this Tech tradition. |
Midnight Breakfast | 1,700-2,000 students | This Tech tradition is held every semester on the Monday of finals week. Students are served free breakfast from 9 p.m. - 12 a.m. and can enjoy stress-relieving activities. High-profile Tech staff are present to serve breakfast and cheer on students during finals. |
Fall Concert at McCamish Pavilion | 1,500-2,000 students | Georgia Tech students have the chance to attend a free on-campus concert in McCamish Pavilion that is planned by students for students. |

- Title sponsor – Your company is named in the title of the event. Your team brings a large brand activation to one event to interact with students

- Your brand’s marketing on Student Center digital display screens the week of the event
- Custom merchandising – We hand out your promo items for you
- Product demonstrations or information sessions at event
- Post-event summary report – Data from students with up to 2 questions about your brand on the survey sent to all student attendees
