CAMPUS RECREATION CENTER
Current Opportunities: Lifeguard positions and Spring 2021 student employee positions
Hiring Timeline: Open interviews for lifeguards – every Thursday at 5:30 p.m. year-round. Spring 2021 hiring applications open October 4. Intramural hiring offered in early October and early January.

CONFERENCE SERVICES
Current Opportunities: Student positions for summer conference season (25-35 positions available in early May to mid-August). Duties include customer service; front desk; meeting room set-up; check-in/out of guests; and on-call duty shifts. Conference Services retains 10-12 students for the fall and spring semester to assist at the front desk and to take care of set-up/breakdown of all Housing/Residence Life meeting spaces on campus.
Hiring Timeline: New staff are hired for the summer; some are retained for spring and fall. Hire dates for the summer are usually the first weekend in May to the second weekend in August (around housing transition dates). Advertising and interviewing will begin in February.

GEORGIA TECH ARTS
Current Opportunities: Ushers and box office ticket sellers.
Hiring Timeline: Currently hiring rolling basis based on needs. Generally, will hire at the end of one semester for the following semester to fill spots being vacated.

HOUSING
Current Opportunities: Resident Assistant positions for 2022-2023. Must be eligible to work on campus. Must have 2.5 GPA for undergrads, 3.0 for graduate students and be in good standing.
Hiring Timeline: Applications open online at housing.gatech.edu, October 30 and are due December 8 by 11:59 p.m. Hiring process includes application, interview, grade and conduct checks.
