On behalf of the Institute, Campus Recreation Center, Student Center, CEISMC and the Ferst Center we thank you in advance for your cooperation in hosting these campus events that will take place on Tuesday, December 3, 2019 through Sunday, December 8, 2019.  Please do your part to provide parking spaces for our off-campus guests by adhering to the following instructions:

SWIMMING U.S. OPEN

The 2019 Toyota U.S. Open Championships will take place in the CRC on Tuesday, December 3, 2019 through Sunday, December 8, 2019. Several parking locations will be used for guest parking.

W10 Customers: During this event, there will be uncommon congestion in W10.  You are welcome to park in the following alternate locations during this event.

• W02: Student Center deck
• W22: Dalney deck
• Any ungated, nonresidential parking lot (E or W lots)

Note: E44, ER51, W06-Habersham/781 Marietta are no longer alternate parking areas

Please be sure your permit is displayed properly. Access will be added to your BuzzCards or Carpool Permit for gated locations.

W22 Customers: During this event, there may be uncommon congestion in W22.  You are welcome to park in the following alternate locations during this event.

• Any ungated, nonresidential parking lot (E or W lots)

Note: E44, ER51, W06-Habersham/781 Marietta are no longer alternate parking areas

W01 Customers: Please remove your vehicles from the marked W01 spaces (on Ferst Drive between Regents and 6th Street, CRC side only) by 6:00 a.m. on Wednesday, December 4, 2019. You are welcome to park in the following alternate locations during this event:

• W01: any unmarked W01 spaces
• W02: Student Center deck
• Any ungated, nonresidential parking lot (E or W lots)

 Note: E44, ER51, W06-Habersham/781 Marietta are no longer alternate parking areas

• W01: Tech Parkway, Wallace Street & State Street ONLY
• Any ungated, nonresidential parking lot (E or W lots)

NOTE: To avoid heavy traffic, we encourage you to walk or use campus transit. Due to the large number of attendees, Trolleys and Stingers are expected to be congested.

GATE CONFERENCE

The Gate Conference will take place at the Student Center on Friday, December 6, 2019. Guests will park in W02-Student Center Deck.

W02 Customers: You do not have to move your vehicles for this event. However, there will be uncommon congestion in these parking locations. If you cannot find a parking space in your assigned area, you are welcome to park in the following locations:

• W22: Dalney deck
• Any ungated, nonresidential parking lot (E or W lots)

KIDS CLUB

The CEISMC-KIDS Club will take place on Saturday, December 7, 2019. Guests will park in W21: Physics/Boggs lots

W21 Customers: During this event, there may be uncommon congestion in W21. You are welcome to park in other open spaces in W21.
